Summer School 2024
Welcome to our Summer School Program for 2024; FMPSD students can register for Summer School 2024, held by FMCSD at Holy Trinity Catholic High School. Our summer school offers a variety of core courses and electives for students looking to get ahead, catch up, or explore new interests during the summer break.
Program Dates and Times
The program runs from July 8, 2024, to July 31, 2024. Classes are scheduled from 8:00 AM to 1:15 PM each school day, with a half-hour lunch break at 11:00 AM.
Registration Details
- Start Date: Registrations will open at noon on Thursday, May 2, 2024.
- Close Date: The final date to register is Thursday, June 13, 2024.
- Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $75 is required at the time of registration.
- Tuition Fee: Students not eligible for funding from Alberta Education will incur a tuition fee of $765.
Registrations must be completed using the Fort McMurray Catholic Schools' Rycor registration and payment system. Detailed instructions for online registration can be found in the document titled "Summer School Online Registration Instructions."

The following courses will be available during our 2024 Summer School, subject to a minimum enrollment of 20 students per class:
Core Subjects
- Social Studies: 10-1, 10-2, 20-1, 20-2, 30-1, 30-2
- English: 10-1, 10-2, 20-1, 20-2, 30-1, 30-2
- Math: 10-3, 10C, 20-1, 20-2, 30-1, 30-2
- Science: 10, 20, 30
Electives
- Chemistry: 20, 30
- Physics: 20, 30
- Biology: 20, 30
- Career and Life Management (CALM)
- Physical Education: 10, 20, 30
