Update on Provincial Labour Negotiations with the Alberta Teachers’ Association (ATA)

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are writing to provide you with the latest updates regarding the Alberta Teachers’ Association (ATA) strike vote and its potential impact on our school community.

The Teachers’ Employer Bargaining Association (TEBA) and the ATA have successfully reached a tentative agreement during central negotiations. The ATA’s ratification vote is scheduled to take place from September 27-29, 2025, with TEBA’s ratification process to follow shortly thereafter.
