Alberta Wildfire is the key source of information and provides regular updates on wildfires of concern.

- Download the Alberta Wildfire app
- Visit Alberta Wildfire’s Interactive Map
- Subscribe to Fort McMurray Forest Area Updates.
Where to find emergency/evacuation alerts and information
- Download the Alberta Emergency Alerts App.
- Go to the RMWB municipal website: rmwb.ca/alerts

Be prepared
Being prepared for wildfire season begins ahead of an emergency. To get prepared:
- Make an emergency kit
- Have an emergency plan
- Register your family through the MyAlberta Emergency Registration System (MAERS)

How to report a wildfire
If you see a fire in the forested area, report it. Call 310-FIRE (3473).
