Students currently enrolled in FMPSD schools can conveniently confirm and update their demographic information for the 2025/2026 School Year by visiting https://www.fmpsdschools.ca/registration/confirm-current-student2526.
By completing the Current Student Demographics Confirmation form, families can:
- Review current student information on file and update it as necessary
- Confirm school and specialized programs for the upcoming school year
- Upload out-of-date citizenship and/or guardianship documents
- Review current parent/guardian and emergency contact information
- Provide consents
